While the poor dog never saw his master again, the wine named for him is as great as his dedication. The Faithful Hound is dark garnet red in the glass. Aromas of red fruit and dark chocolate dominate the nose. Secondary aromas of earth and cigar box round out the nose. The palate is filled with tart strawberry and raspberry and backed with earth and minerals.
