Ancho Gimlet

1 part Ancho Reyes Verde

1 part Hendricks Gin

1 part Lime

1/2 part Rich simple syrup 2:1 Sugar:Water

Slice of cucumber

Add all ingredients to shaker, add ice and shake hard to chill and dilute.  Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a cocktail coupe, garnish with a cucumber wheel.

Great Pretender

1 part Drambuie

.50 part Peach Brandy

.50 part Sweet Vermouth

2 parts Chameleon Vanilla Coffee

Combine with Ice, Shake, Double-Strain, Serve Up

Garnish with Brandied Cherry

Show Me The Monkey

1½ parts Monkey Shoulder

1 part Drambuie

3 parts apple juice

4 fresh mint leaves

Directions:

Shake all the ingredients together and double strain into an ice-filled highball glass. To garnish, add a banana slice and mint leaf.

Ginger Daiquiri

1 ½ parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum

¾ part homemade ginger syrup

½ part fresh lime juice

Method:

Add all ingredients to empty mixing glass then fill with ice.

Shake vigorously.

Double strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with candied ginger.

 

The Americano

1.5 oz Campari

1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth

3 oz Q Club Soda

Method: Build cocktail over ice and stir to combine. Garnish with an orange wedge. Cheers! *Please enjoy responsibly

Flatiron Room Lychee Fizz

1 1/2 oz Ketel one Vodka

1 1/2 oz Lychee Juice

1/2 oz freshly squeezed Lime Juice

1/4 oz Lejay Casis

5 mint leaves

Garnish: Mint, Lychee, Spray of Ancho Reyes.

Blend Lychee and Lychee juice together in a blender.  Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.   Pour into ice filled Collins glass. Top with Club Soday.  Garnish with Mint, Lychee, and spray Ancho Reyes on top.
